Headbutt the Pavement (Or Similar Inanimate Object)

Materials:

• Sidewalk or Similar flat hard surface.. Manliness is increased should said  surface have broken glass, razor wire or nails protruding

Method:

1. Slam your head into aforementioned surface
2. Repeat

Headbutting is probably the manliest thing ever! Not only is it a good method for suicide, it is also in my top 5 ways of dumping your girlfriend. I.E. If you can’t find the words to break up with your girlfriend, one day while watching TV just headbutt her in the tits. Pick up your jacket and leave. No “stay friends” bull shit. Just a couple of bruised tits and a Failed relationship. You Rule!
